Visitor Guidelines

Here's how to have a great visit at PAMA:

  1. On arrival, visit the Access Peel counter to pay admission, receive maps and handouts.
  2. While at PAMA, follow the Visitor Guidelines below.
  3. When leaving, fill out an evaluation form so we can improve.

Visitor Guidelines and tips:

Do bring strollers into our exhibition spaces. If we are very busy, or hosting a special event, you may be asked to leave your stroller in the lobby. Due to its small size, the PAMA store is off-limits to strollers.

Do bring snacks and beverages and enjoy them in the reception areas and the PAMA Lounge. Water fountains are located near washrooms. We ask that visitors not bring food that have nut or peanuts as ingredients.

Do take photographs for personal use in the Museum, Archives, reception areas, atriums and outside. All commercial/professional photography must be booked and paid for in advance with the Development Coordinator. Please see the note below regarding photography in the Art Gallery.
