Kevin Junor

Kevin Junor joined the Canadian Forces Reserves in 1980 as an infantry soldier in the Toronto Scottish Regiment. He was promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer in 1998, and then appointed to the position of Regimental Sergeant Major.

Junor was the first Black Regimental Sergeant Major for the Toronto Scottish Regiment, and remains an active member of the Armed Forces Reserves, now as a Captain.

The first lesson in the army is navigation - you need an origin and a destination. You need to determine your destination, but you must be anchored in your origins.
