Book a school program
Make the most of your visit with engaging activities and resources designed specifically for educators and students.
To book a school program, please complete the School Booking or School Outreach form. Once we receive your information, we will contact you to confirm your school booking within 2 business days.

Art on Wheels (kindergarten to grade 8) – 1.5 hours | $183.50 price includes 20 students. Extra students are $9.25 each. |
My Gallery and My Museum Tour – 2 hours | $128.60 price includes 20 students. Extra students are $6.50 each. |
Art Studio Workshop – 1.5 hours | $162 price includes 20 students. Extra students are $8.20 each. |
Full day - My Gallery or My Museum and Art Studio Workshop - 4 hours (includes 30 min. lunch) | $258.30 price includes 20 students. Extra students are $13.30 each. |
High school tour | $6.50 per student. |
All prices include HST. The maximum group size is 30 students per group.
Pricing includes 20 students. A maximum of 30 students can be in one group. Changes in group sizes need to be informed at least 2 weeks before your scheduled school program.
You will receive an invoice at the end of your program, whether it is at PAMA or an outreach program. Payment is due within 30 days.
Applying for funding
PAMA’s Creative Access Fund supports a variety of programs at PAMA. It helps reduce financial barriers, allowing students of all ages to engage, explore and connect with our collections through school field trips, programs, events, workshops, and hands-on activities. Our goal is to ignite a lifelong relationship with art and history.
For school groups, financial funding may cover costs for programs, workshops or funds for transportation to and from PAMA for a school program.
PAMA will provide funds for one school bus, depending on available funding.
How to apply
To apply for funding, fill out the PAMA’s Creative Access Fund application.
Email us the application form, and we will contact you once a selection has been made.

After you have booked your program, a confirmation letter will be emailed for your records. You will also receive a Teacher Information Package that includes Curriculum Connections, and a list of activities for your class.
