The PAMA Youth Council provides refreshing and inspiring guidance that supports and empowers local youth to become great leaders, encouraging community connectivity through Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives.
The Youth Council enables youth to share their stories and build community through exhibitions and programming designed for youth, by youth.

Home is Where the HeART Is: Through the Eyes of Youth
PAMA’s Youth Council is inviting young artists, ages 14 to 21, who live, work, or go to school in Peel region, to submit their artwork for their upcoming exhibition, Home is Where the HeART iI: Through the Eyes of Youth. With the exhibition’s theme being "Home”, artists are encouraged to submit work that reflects what home means to them.
This is a great opportunity for young artists to see their work in a reputed art gallery. The exhibition will be on display throughout summer 2026.

2025 Exhibit - Roots and Wings: A Creative Exploration of Growth
PAMA's Youth Council invited artists between the ages of 14 and 21 who live or go to school in Peel region, to submit their artworks for Roots and wings: A youth art exhibition.
The exhibition’s theme was “growth”, and it provided an opportunity for Peel’s young talent to express their creativity. Artists were encouraged to interpret what growth meant to them, not only in terms of personal growth but also in terms of social and community development, and growth that exists in nature.
This exhibition took place on May 24, 2025, at PAMA.
